CRM consists of the processes a company uses to track and organize its contacts with its current and prospective customers.The enterprise inducts the CRM system to provide the customization product and service to costomer, enhances customer's degree of satisfaction and the loyalty, and also increases the company profits.For example, the Four Season hotel records consumers' preferences, for instance, resting the hard pillow or the soft pillow, looking that kind of newspaper, likes the sweets or not? When customer visit again, they can provides the customer all they want and want based on the historic information.

Like with TED's post ... think about how they make this happen. Huge benefits here. With this kind of information JUST on pillows - they know how many customer like hard pillows. Then they can order a more accurate quantity - even chck for the possibility of discounts.

And through EDI system, to share and informed by the upper supplier, what FOUR SEASPNS need, then retailers will delivery products to FOUR SEASONS Hotel.
